Shell scholarship donation extended

Shell U.K. Limited has pledged support for the Carnegie College Scholarship Fund for a further three years.

Following their initial donation which provided scholarship funding for engineering students over a two year period Shell U.K. Limited have agreed to contribute a further £3,000 for 2011/12 and the same amount for the following two years, subject to review.   This will allow a continuation of Carnegie College’s encouragement of students to achieve engineering qualifications, leading on to jobs in the engineering industry. Scotch pies give succour to students

The Scotch Pie Club has again pledged a minimum of £1,500 to support a scholarship.  In recognition of the College’s contribution to the success of the World Scotch Pie Championships the Club will continue to do so annually for as long as the Championships are held at Carnegie College. Read more »
